Thank you for shopping with Urbxn Cloth. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.

1. When Can You Return a Product?

You can request a return if:

  • The product delivered is wrong, damaged, or defective

  • You received a different size or variant than what you ordered

  • The product is not as described on our website

Not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products

  • Minor color differences (due to lighting or screen settings)

  • Products without original tags/packaging

2. Return Request Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, returns cannot be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team on WhatsApp or Email

  2. Share:

    • Your Order ID

    • Product photos/video showing the issue

    • Reason for return

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to our return address.

Return shipping charges are paid by the customer, unless the mistake is from our side.

4. Refund Process

After we receive your returned item, it undergoes a quality check.

Refund options include:

  • Store Credit (Fastest)

  • Bank Transfer / UPI Refund (processed within 3–5 business days)

Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund will be issued only after inspection approval

5. Exchanges

If you want a different size or color, we can arrange an exchange only if the requested item is in stock.
If not available, you may choose a refund or store credit.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order

  • COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
